Our brain is the most extraordinary and complex creation in the universe, so it is worth feeding, nurturing, and offerings of challenges. Your brain works much better than you might think. It is capable of making a huge and even better “unlimited” number of synaptic connections, each of which is a pattern of thought. Despite all these capabilities, thinking can be hard work, and we humans by nature tend to do as little thinking as possible.
