The Real Time Loan Calculator offers a lot of unique features which are not available from others.
- Retrieve real time mortgage interest rates from available markets (currently support Canada and USA) through Internet connectivity. Compare and select a preferred rate for calculation from various loan suppliers. Rates are stored in phone’s internal database (SQLITE) for offline usage.
- Rates summary show the lowest, highest and average rate available in the market.
- Flexible Loan and Amortization calculation with or without balloon payment (i.e. the final payment at the end of the loan). Can be used to calculate Car Lease payment with the balloon amount as the residue of the lease.
- Support “What If” usage to calculate any unknown of … Payment, Balloon Amount, Loan Amount, Years and Amortization schedule.
- A Loan calculation can be named and stored in phone’s database for later retrieve and reference.
