androidVNC is an open source (GPL) remote desktop application for Android powered devices. It is a client to connect your mobile device to a VNC server.

The app supports connection to most VNC servers, including TightVNC, RealVNC on Windows and Linux, x11vnc, and Apple Remote Desktop on OS/X.
